Set a realistic budget
Setting a realistic budget gives us a great foundation to create the home and space of your dreams! It’s key to give yourself some wiggle room as we all know, some homes do have hidden secrets that need repair.
Make a “Must Have” & "Wish List"
When designing and renovating the interior and/or exterior of your home, a “must have” list is top priority. Must haves include; any structural work/repairs that needs to be done, appliances, material selections for flooring, countertops, tiling, etc.
